We can confirm that the private equity firm Carlyle Group has informed us that it is withdrawing from the bidding process for a stake in the marine division of thyssenkrupp. Despite Carlyle's withdrawal, we remain committed to the path we have taken to make thyssenkrupp Marine Systems independent. To this end, we will now intensify our efforts to make the marine segment independent on the capital market, while remaining open to industrial partnerships. The aim is to achieve lasting stable growth and a strong position in the international competition for our naval business. We will also continue unabatedly with our talks with the German government on a federal stake in the marine segment. We remain convinced that thyssenkrupp Marine Systems can best benefit from the global growth opportunities in the industry by operating independently. In addition, independence offers a good starting position for a possible national and European consolidation.
